Summer Program 2026
We look forward to another fun-filled summer here at Athenian! Dates for our 2026 Summer Programs are below and information on our many offerings are available in the digital flipbook below (to view the flipbook in full screen, click the square icon on the right hand side). Registration will open to the public at 9:00AM on February 9, 2026.
Athenian Summer Program Dates:
- June 22-26, 2026 (1 week): Session 1
- July 6-17, 2026 (2 weeks): Session 2
- July 20-31, 2026 (2 weeks): Session 3
Summer Affinity Camps:
- Queer Counselors in Training (Q.CIT): June 20-27, 2026, more information here.
- Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Camp (BIPOC): July 7-18, 2026, more information here.
Want to Work with Us This Summer?
Counselors are the primary supervisors and mentors for their campers—playing a significant role in meeting important community and identity outcomes for campers. They hold the key responsibility of being the #1 staff member that campers will associate their camp experience with. Counselors rotate living in the campus dorms with campers and other counselors and support individual campers’ growth as well as the group dynamics by participating in all-camp programming together, eating meals with campers, and creating bunk programming. Counselors will report to Head Counselors and work in collaboration with many other staff members to grow in their youth development skills and facilitation/planning skills.
