What is your favorite Athenian tradition?

My favorite Athenian tradition is the graduation ceremony because Athenian has a really unique one. Each student chooses a teacher to give a little speech about them, I find that really touching. I watched the graduation ceremony online last year, and some teachers got really creative with their speeches such as playing a saxophone or singing with a ukulele. Most schools only present the student with a diploma, but we also get a personal speech from a teacher.

What is your favorite place on campus?

My favorite place on campus are the swings up on the hill. I like to go there especially during sunsets because the sky gets really pretty with purple, pink, and orange colors. You can also look at the whole school at a high perspective. You'll be able to see the baseball fields, main hall, the classrooms, the dorms and more. The swings are just a good place for you to chill, hang out with friends, take pictures, call friends, etc.
