This class will introduce students to the fundamentals of basic robot design and programming using the LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 system. However, because the class is in a shorter time-frame, some skills will be introduced at a faster rate as needed. Students will build and program a LEGO robot to perform specific tasks. Through a hands-on approach and the power of trial and error, students will gain insights into the application of robotics to solve real problems. This program is designed using challenges from FIRST LEGO League® competitions.
