Join us for Alumni Day 2024! We have a full day of offerings designed to welcome you back to campus with chances to connect with each other, current students and our beloved staff and faculty. Come for one part or the whole day! If you can't make it in person, be sure to Zoom in for an afternoon hybrid hangout.
Join Higher Ground in East Oakland to provide services that address the intellectual development of young people through after school programming, career to college workforce programming, school-based behavioral health treatment, professional development, and service learning experiences. Athenian works on several community projects with Higher Ground: California Coastal Cleanup Day, Martin Luther King, Jr Day of Service, and Earth Day.
Specific details will be announced later. Plan to be available from 8:00am to 2:00pm with transportation from campus and BART stations.

California has one of the largest economies in the world and yet, in spite of our amazing agricultural abundance, 1 in 11 people–and 1 in 8 children–are facing hunger. The Food Bank of Contra Costa and Solano provides 3,500,000 meals each month. Students will be will be working at the food bank’s Concord warehouse to sort donated food or bag produce.
Please plan to be available from 7:45am to 11am. Transportation will be offered from campus and a BART station.

All Middle and Upper School students and their families are invited to participate in Athenian's annual celebration of cultures. The evening will include treats and beverages from around the world as well as a talent show. Tell us what you're bringing on the Potluck Sign-Up form or share your culture with us by signing up for the Talent Show!
In solidarity with all who hunger and thirst for justice and peace, St. Anthony’s mission is to feed, heal, shelter, clothe, lift the spirit of those in need, and create a society in which all persons flourish. Athenian students will either work alongside other volunteers serving 2,700 hot lunches at St. Anthony’s Dining Room or will be working in their clothing program. The students working in the clothing program will stand in line and eat lunch in the dining room in community with program recipients.

This virtual presentation will cover the ins and outs of college athletics and the recruiting timeline and process. We will cover everything from the Division I level to Division III and Club Sports.
